PokerTalk prioritizes child safety and maintains a zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). This policy applies to all users on our platform.
1. Definitions
CSAE (Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation)
Refers to content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. This includes child grooming for sexual exploitation, child sexual exploitation, child sex trafficking, or other forms of child sexual exploitation.
CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material)
Refers to any visual depiction including, but not limited to, photographs, videos, or computer-generated images of minors involved in explicit sexual activities. Such content is illegal, and storing or sharing it on PokerTalk is strictly prohibited.
2. Prohibited Content and Behavior
PokerTalk strictly prohibits the following:
- Uploading, sharing, distributing, or storing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
- Content that sexually exploits or abuses children
- Grooming or attempting sexual conversations with minors
- Content related to child sex trafficking or human trafficking
- Any content or behavior that endangers children
3. How to Report
If you encounter CSAE-related content or behavior, please report it immediately:
- In-App Reporting: Click the 'Report' button on the content or user's profile.
- Email Reporting: Send your report to contactpokertalk@gmail.com
- External Reporting: For serious cases, please report to child protection agencies or law enforcement in your country.
4. Actions and Response
PokerTalk responds to CSAE reports as follows:
- Immediate review of reported content and removal if necessary
- Immediate suspension or permanent ban of related accounts
- Reporting to relevant authorities as required by law
- Reporting to organizations such as NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children)
5. Preventive Measures
PokerTalk implements the following preventive measures:
- Registration limited to users 18 years and older
- Content monitoring and automated detection systems
- Regular review of suspicious activities
- User education through community guidelines
6. Legal Compliance
PokerTalk complies with all applicable laws and regulations. When we become aware of CSAM, we immediately remove it and report to appropriate authorities in accordance with relevant laws. We actively cooperate with law enforcement agencies to protect children.
